Michael D O’Steen, P.E. is a professionally licensed engineer based on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He has been serving public and private clientele with structural and civil engineering solutions for over two decades and is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia with licensing capabilities in all fifty states.
